CSSBuy order status explained
Understand whether CSSBuy is reviewing, purchasing, waiting for the seller, receiving an item or handling a problem—and keep product orders separate from parcels.
First identify whether you are viewing an order or a parcel
A product order follows one marketplace purchase from submission to CSSBuy warehouse arrival. A parcel combines one or more warehouse items for international shipping. The two records can exist at the same time and use different status labels.
If a seller shipment is still moving inside China, the product order is the relevant record. If warehouse items have already been packed for your address, use the parcel record instead.
Pending and processing mean the request is being handled
CSSBuy’s public status article describes pending as the original state after submission and processing as assignment to purchasing staff. These stages do not confirm that the marketplace seller has accepted or dispatched the item.
Check that payment succeeded and that no message asks for missing information. Repeatedly editing a clear order is not useful; the important distinction is whether the status remains an ordinary queue stage or changes to a problem requiring action.
Purchasing and purchased are different stages
The official article describes purchasing as the buyer placing the order with the merchant. Purchased means the product has been bought and CSSBuy is waiting for it to reach the warehouse.
Purchased is therefore not the same as arrived, packed or internationally shipped. Domestic seller handling and delivery still have to occur before warehouse inspection can begin.
No stock, invalid and problematic orders need attention
No stock indicates that the requested product is unavailable. The official article associates invalid orders with canceled requests, unusable links, mismatched names or prices, missing product information, virtual goods or prohibited products.
A problematic order can mean a required size, color or other purchase detail needs reconfirmation. Read the order message and respond to the specific issue instead of submitting a duplicate order immediately.
Contacting retailer and return/refund statuses are case stages
When CSSBuy is contacting the retailer, it is waiting for the seller’s response. A processing return or refund status indicates that the domestic after-sales request is being negotiated or handled.
These labels do not guarantee timing or outcome. Preserve the source record, selected option, message history and warehouse evidence so the case can be understood without relying on the short status label alone.
Arrived moves the task to warehouse review
The official article describes arrived as the product reaching the CSSBuy warehouse. At that point, compare the warehouse record and available QC images with the order requirements before including the item in an international parcel.
Arrival does not mean the item has passed your review or has been sent overseas. It marks the handoff from seller-side order tracking to warehouse decisions.
Parcel statuses describe packing and international dispatch
The same official page separately lists parcel stages such as pending, processing, on delivery and shipped, plus information-error and receipt states. The wording in the live account may change, so use the current parcel details and messages as the authority.
A parcel marked dispatched or shipped can still take time to receive a carrier scan. International tracking questions belong to the parcel and carrier record, not the original product order.
Decide when waiting becomes an action
A status alone cannot establish an exact deadline because seller handling, holidays, warehouse workload and route handoffs vary. Look for an explicit problem message, missing required information, a status that contradicts the order history or a delay well beyond the estimate shown in the live account.
When contacting support, provide the order or parcel number, current status, last dated event and the specific question you need answered. That is more useful than asking where an entire order is without identifying which record has stopped moving.
