CSSBuy warehouse process explained
Use warehouse arrival as a decision point for QC review, storage tracking, seller-side problem handling and eventual parcel submission.
Warehouse arrival ends the seller-delivery stage
A purchased order is still waiting for the marketplace seller and domestic delivery. When the item reaches an arrived or in-warehouse state, CSSBuy has received it and can create a warehouse record.
Arrival does not mean the item has been accepted by the buyer or shipped internationally. It begins a new review stage.
Match the warehouse record to the order
Check the product identity, selected color, visible size or model information, quantity and packaging against the source URL and purchase note. Resolve a clear mismatch before combining the item with a parcel.
Keep the order number connected to the warehouse record. This helps distinguish two similar items and makes a later question easier to explain.
Use QC evidence for visible decisions
CSSBuy’s current Ship For Me page describes QC checking and photographs as part of its warehouse service. Use those images to inspect visible condition and confirm the ordered variant.
QC images are evidence, not a general quality guarantee. The dedicated QC guide explains product-specific checks, image limitations and when an additional photograph can answer a precise question.
Track storage independently for each record
Storage begins from a warehouse or parcel status, not from the date the product first appeared in a spreadsheet. Items that arrive on different days can therefore have different deadlines.
CSSBuy publishes separate rules for ordinary purchasing or forwarding items and abnormal parcels. The storage guide records the dated public rules and explains why storage time is not the same as a seller return window.
Resolve return questions before parcel submission
When QC evidence shows a mismatch or visible problem, review the current order options and seller-side return conditions while the item remains in China. Merchant acceptance, timing and domestic shipping can affect the result.
Once an item enters international shipping, return logistics and available remedies can be very different. The return guide separates warehouse-stage product returns, balance refunds and problems reported after a parcel arrives.
Consolidate only accepted items
After review, select the items that should travel together and consider whether packaging removal, reinforcement or other services solve a real parcel need.
The resulting parcel has its own weight, dimensions, route, fees and status. From this point, use the parcel record rather than the original product order for international-shipping decisions.

FAQ: CSSBuy warehouse process explained
What happens when a CSSBuy order arrives at the warehouse?
CSSBuy creates a warehouse record and QC evidence can become available. The buyer can review the item, address problems and later choose whether to include it in a parcel.
Does arrived mean the item has shipped internationally?
No. Arrived refers to CSSBuy warehouse receipt; international shipment begins after parcel submission.
Can I submit some warehouse items and hold others?
Use the live account to select eligible items for the parcel and track the storage deadline of anything left behind.
Is warehouse storage the same as the return period?
No. Storage controls how long CSSBuy holds the record, while return eligibility depends on the merchant, order stage and current platform rules.
