CSSBuy QC Photo Checklist for Shoes, Clothing, Bags and Electronics

Run the universal checks first

Before category details, confirm that the received item matches the order record: product type, colour, size or model, quantity and visible condition. Keep the original images because screenshots may reduce resolution.

Review the whole set once before zooming into details. A close-up is easy to misread when you have not confirmed which side, component or item it belongs to.

• Requested measurement readable in one frame

Shoes: compare the pair before small details

Start with both shoes in the same frame. Compare toe shape, heel height, panel placement and the way the pair sits on a flat surface. Then review the outer and inner sides, heel, outsole and size label.

If fit depends on length, request an insole or outsole measurement rather than guessing from a labelled size. The measuring tool and both endpoints should be visible; an isolated number in a note is weaker evidence than a readable measurement photo.

Hoodies, jackets and other clothing

Review the front and back before inspecting prints or labels. Check neckline or hood shape, shoulder seams, sleeve length, cuffs, hem and closures. For patterned garments, compare how the pattern meets at visible seams instead of judging only the centre graphic.

Flat chest, length and sleeve measurements can help compare the received item with the listing chart. They do not guarantee on-body fit because fabric stretch, cut and measurement method differ.

Bags and backpacks: inspect structure and included parts

Check the full silhouette from front, back and sides, then review the base, handles, straps, closures and lining. Confirm whether removable straps, pouches, dust bags or other advertised pieces are present.

A bag photographed with stuffing can look different when empty, so use edge alignment, panel shape and closure placement as observable checks. Photos cannot prove fibre content, leather grade or long-term hardware durability.

Accessories, watches and jewellery

For belts, check total length, width, hole placement, buckle finish and the exact colour ordered. For jewellery and watches, inspect visible markings, clasp or crown, surface finish and included pieces.

Warehouse photographs cannot establish material composition, plating thickness, water resistance, movement accuracy or skin safety. Keep the decision limited to what the image can show.

Electronics need model and route checks

Confirm the model label, plug type, ports, included cable or charger, quantity and visible physical condition. A still image cannot prove battery health, capacity, electrical safety, software status or normal operation.

CSSBuy notes that batteries, liquids and other attributes can restrict available shipping methods. Check route eligibility before treating an item as ready for an international parcel. A product that passes a visual check can still be unsuitable for the available route.

Request one decision-changing image at a time

Extra photos are most useful when they answer a defined question: “show the insole measurement from heel to toe” is stronger than “take more photos”. Identify the side or component and the evidence required.

If the requested view would not change whether you keep, return or ask about the item, it is probably not necessary. The objective is a reviewable decision record, not the largest possible image set.
