Why CSSBuy May Show Domestic Shipping on Multiple Items from One Seller

First identify what the charge is paying for

CSSBuy’s current Buy For Me workflow places the Chinese local delivery fee with the product payment. It covers movement from the marketplace seller to the CSSBuy warehouse; it is not the later international parcel charge.

Because it sits on the purchase record, the amount may appear beside each submitted item. Its position alone does not prove either that the charge is duplicated or that several orders will be combined by the seller.

The same-looking shop name is not enough

Compare the actual seller or shop ID behind every source URL. Marketplace mirrors, resellers and copied listing images can make different sellers look related. Two product cards in the same spreadsheet category also say nothing about whether their domestic dispatch can be combined.

If the seller IDs differ, evaluate each domestic fee separately. If they match, continue checking the listing terms because one shop can still use different warehouses, shipping templates or dispatch rules for different products.

Free shipping must apply to the selected order

A “free shipping” label can depend on the current promotion, destination, quantity, product option or seller rule. Capture the statement on the exact live listing rather than relying on a search-result badge or an old spreadsheet note.

A July 2026 Reddit question described a buyer seeing a domestic charge after the seller said delivery inside China was free. That report establishes a real point of confusion, but it cannot resolve another account. The relevant evidence is the buyer’s own source listing, seller message and CSSBuy order record.

Separate three possible explanations

When several rows show domestic shipping, test three explanations instead of jumping to one conclusion. The amount may be correct per listing, the seller may later combine dispatch, or the imported order may need confirmation. Only the live transaction record can distinguish them.

Do not edit every line to zero because the products share a shop name. An understated order can delay purchasing when the seller requires additional local freight.

Build a short audit before contacting support

Create one compact record with the CSSBuy order numbers, source URLs, seller IDs, quantities and domestic amounts shown. Add a screenshot only when it clearly proves a delivery term or seller agreement. This is more useful than a general message saying the total looks wrong.

If a seller quoted one combined amount, preserve the message and identify which products it covers. Do not assume a quote for two items automatically extends to a later third order.

Ask through the order record before payment changes

CSSBuy’s service page routes purchase, return and refund questions through My Order → Add Note. Ask whether the listed domestic charges are correct for the identified products and whether the seller has confirmed combined dispatch. Keep the request about the source order, not the international parcel.

Avoid relying on old Reddit instructions that suggest manually assigning the full fee to one item and near-zero values to the others. Interfaces and handling rules change, and a workaround from another account is not a current official process.

How the spreadsheet should report domestic delivery

A CSSBuy spreadsheet can record the seller price and the domestic amount visible on the live listing when checked. It should not promise “one shipping fee per shop”, because purchase grouping and seller terms are transaction-specific.

Use labels such as “domestic delivery shown on source” and include the check date. The payable amount remains the current CSSBuy order record after any seller confirmation.
