Why CSSBuy has two payment stages
Understand why the seller-side purchase is paid before warehouse arrival while international shipping is selected and paid after parcel information exists.
The two stages pay for different work
CSSBuy’s published order workflow separates shopping and seller delivery to its warehouse from international shipping to the customer. The payments are separated because the parcel decision cannot be completed before the product is received and prepared for shipping.
Thinking in stages is more accurate than treating the first checkout as the delivered cost of the complete order.
Stage one creates the marketplace purchase
At the first stage, confirm the exact product option, quantity, seller price and China domestic shipping. Domestic shipping sends the item from the marketplace seller to the CSSBuy warehouse inside China.
After payment, CSSBuy still has to process the request and purchase from the merchant. The item may then wait for seller dispatch and domestic shipping before warehouse review is possible.
Warehouse arrival creates the second decision point
When an item reaches an eligible warehouse status, the account can make it available for parcel selection. Arrival gives the workflow information that did not exist at the first checkout.
The buyer can review the warehouse record, decide which items to combine and address visible problems before committing them to an international parcel. Confirm the available action in the current account.
Stage two depends on the parcel
International freight depends on destination, route, packed weight, dimensions and commodity attributes. Packaging choices and the set of items included can change the chargeable parcel.
This is why the product price cannot determine the second payment. A calculator can provide an early estimate, but the submitted parcel is the more relevant record.
Review every charge shown at each stage
The current order and parcel screens can show different charges because they cover different work. Optional packaging, protection or other services may also appear when selected.
Keep every displayed line separate from international shipping. Do not rely on a fixed percentage or assume that a charge must always appear at the same point in the workflow.
Build a two-stage budget before ordering
Reserve stage-one funds for the exact product and seller-to-warehouse delivery. Separately estimate stage two with plausible weight, dimensions, destination and commodity type, then keep a margin for packaging or measurement differences.
Do not spend the entire budget on product orders while assuming the spreadsheet price includes delivery to your address. The warehouse items cannot complete the journey until the parcel stage is funded.
Reconcile both payments with one record
For every product, save the source URL, selected option, product price and China domestic shipping. For the parcel, save the included orders, final measurements, route, international shipping and any additional displayed charges.
Together those records explain the delivered-cost path without pretending the two payments are duplicates.
